NPH Raptor Identification Course – Jan-Feb, 2025

Course Schedule:

All sessions start at 7:00 p.m. and run for approximately one hour, additional time available for questions, quizzes, etc. Session recordings will be available through the end of March 2025.

Raptor Introduction and the Red-tailed Hawk – Monday, January 27, 7 pm

Red-shouldered Hawk and Broad-winged Hawk – Thursday, February 6. 7 pm

Rough-legged Hawk and Buteo Comparisons – Monday, February 10, 7 pm

Sharp-shinned Hawk and Cooper’s Hawk – Thursday, February 13, 7 pm

American Goshawk and Comparisons – Monday, February 17, 7 pm

Bald Eagle and Golden Eagle – Thursday, February 20, 7 pm

Northern Harrier,Osprey and Comparisons – Monday, February 24, 7 pm

Vultures and Comparisons – Monday, March 3, 7 pm
